PhD theses, whose topic fall within one of the seven SIE research areas and which have been defended between June 1, 2019 and May 31, 2021, will be evaluated by a purposely nominated Award Committee.
Two awards will be granted: one for a thesis defended in the period June 1, 2019 - May 31, 2020, one for a thesis defended in the period June 1, 2020 - May 31, 2021
The deadline for the submission is May 31 (Monday), 2021. The PhD Thesis must be uploaded through EasyChair at the following link https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sie2021sub in a single PDF file (maximum file size 50 MB). There are two tracks associated with the PhD Awards: please select the most appropriate one according to when the thesis was defended. You will receive a confirmation email (please, check also your spam folder).
The winners will be contacted by June 21 (Monday), 2021. No meeting registration is required both to participate and, for the winners, to receive the award on July 9 (Friday), 2021 in the morning.
